All items you purchase from us are, of course, covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you receive an item that doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us. If, while building the Lego set(s) you ordered, you discover that one or more parts are missing, you can contact LEGO customer service directly at [number missing]. (00800) 5346 5555 (free).

If an item is damaged upon receipt, please report this to us via the Contact form . Your item will then be exchanged as soon as possible, or if this isn't possible, the purchase price will be refunded.
